Day two was adventurous because little E became a Padawan. If you remember the last time Station and I went, Station was totally jealous that those little kids could train to become a Jedi. Well, lucky for Station, we brought a kid this time.
When we all sat around Station decided to ask one of the announcers what little E needed to do to be picked. The guy said "he needs to be active and excited!" (Insert big Disney smile in now). Station was ready to train E how to be picked. Bless both of their hearts. One thing about E is you don't need to make a big deal out of it. Once things start getting too exciting, he shuts down. NO BOOKS! NO CHRISTMAS! NOOOOO PRESSEEENNTTSS! One thing about Station is that life is exciting and you are excited and that is something that I really love about him.
Well we get into place and Station gets really excited. E is getting nervous. Once the announcers start picking kids to come up, Station starts jumping up and down behind E and pointing to him! PICK HIM PICK HIM. E would jump once and then probably think something like "why can't we just go home to the slippery floors? This is so weird." But he did this, because he knew it was important for Station at least, and Station had been especially nice to him lately (he said so himself).
Once E was one of the last boys standing, he was finally picked. So nervous. Stay cool. These are the things he was probably thinking because he is a stay cool kind of kid. And here is the rest of the story in pictures.
PICK HIM PICK HIM!!
E is surveying the situation and this situation is wacked.
He was having issues with his lazar
As soon as he got it out, they told them to put it back in.
He kept saying he wasn't even scared.
Keep cool
Keep cool mom.
